As of 3rd September 2018 our hiring charges are as follows:
VILLAGE PUBLIC EVENTS- open to all through either membership to a village club or society: £20 per four hours including setting up and taking down. Further sessions are charged at £10 per hour.
NON VILLAGE PUBLIC EVENTS - events open to all (e.g. coffee mornings, table top sales) but not for village clubs or societies £25 per four hour session including setting up and taking down.
PRIVATE EVENTS - invitation only or closed events such as parties: £25 per four hours including setting up and taking down.
The above prices include use of our well equipped kitchen.
Half a session (2 hours) is the minimum period of hire.
Please note that we do not allow the use of play equipment such as bouncy castles and trampolines inside the Village Hall as they may cause damage to our wooden floor.
Commercial events - £40 per four hour session.
Tables and chairs can be hired for outside events. Price on application.
Stillington Village Hall Management Committee reserves the right to charge an addtional rate for any costs incurred due to extra cleaning or damage to the hall by the hirer during its period of hire. This may be in the form of a one off fee or an increase in the per session fee, whichever the Management Committee deems appropriate.
