For bookings please include the following: date (a couple of dates are helpful); time; type of event and any other needs such as use of our projector and screen. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours, but at very busy times it may be slightly longer.

Communication will be by email or other message wherever possible. Those emails will be stored for the purpose of your hiring agreement or in the event of a hiring dispute. Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose.
